SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) to five (5) business days.

 

(Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

*Canada shipping: The flat rate shipping cost is $39.95. All of these shipping costs DO NOT include duties and taxes that your country may charge you upon the arrival of your package.

STANDARD. UPS shipping* is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes. USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days

All items purchased from DoggieDooClip.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract; meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns

We want you to love your items as much as we do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included in the return.

Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). You may request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of the original purchase date by emailing doggiedooclip@gmail.com. RA numbers expire 15 days after issue, but we encourage you to return the product as soon as possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected.

All sales on clearance or promotional items are final and are not returnable. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item with the Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

We accept credit and debit card payments. We also have online payments available through Paypal. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Doggie Doo Clip products are available for wholesale in the United States. It is our policy for the companies we wholesale with to have a sellers permit or business license. Please email doggiedooclip@gmail.com with any inquiries.
